Our architect designed a two-room, family room/bedroom/stairway, addition to our 1932 Mediterranean home in 2006. He recommended several contractors. During our initial interview with G.L. Perry Construction we were impressed by the sense of good project management and attention to detail and schedule that they presented. We selected them for our project, which began in February, 2007 and was ready for "move-in" in about eight months.

The project progressed exactly as we'd hoped. The project lead, Dan Miller, made sure that the subcontractors were properly scheduled so that there were no delays in the work. The subs were strong in their trades, and Dan kept quality consistently high. When there were small "bumps" in the road, Dan managed them well and showed that he had our interests in mind. When we asked for changes, the new work was fit into the project seamlessly so that the end date was minimally impacted. Our neighbors noted that the work progressed well and never had a complaint about noise.

The final result was excellent. The house looks exactly as we hoped it would, both inside and out, and all the infrastructure works well. We highly recommend G.L. Perry Construction and our project lead, Dan Miller.
