Dreaming of Natural Stone in your Home?

As clients of GL Perry Construction, you know that you can count on us for quality work while remodeling your home, whether it is your kitchen, a master bath, or your entire house.  But I bet you did not know that you could buy natural stone from GL Perry.   Now don’t get us wrong, we are not in the business of selling stone full time. However, we just happen to have 4 + slabs of a beautiful marble.

The stone is “Super White” dolomitic marble. We have 4 slabs measuring 118”X 70” (57.36 sq ft) and part of a fifth slab.  We are interested in finding a buyer for one or all of these slabs.  The average retail price of this material is $20.00 - $21.00 per square foot. We are offering it at $18.00 per sq ft.

The link which follows is to our website. Here you will find a photo of one of the slabs. It is a good representation of the other slabs as well.

Good-bye Miguel

We are sad to let you know that Miguel Perez has left our electrical division. He had an opportunity for himself and his great family and he leaves with our blessing.

We have been fortunate to have Miguel work with us for 12 years. The best compliment is when customers like you make the extra effort to let us know how much you have appreciated him.

He is a model for others with his combination of politeness, hard and clean work ethic, and also a great team player. He will certainly be missed.

Our Appreciation

With business getting stronger, we were able to rekindle a long tradition of showing our clients and employees our appreciation.

In January, we went to Santa Clara Paint Ball. My advice to any employers is to choose an event without a target on your back, literally. Those who could still walk went to Buca di Beppo for a fun family dinner afterward.

To many of you, we delivered a personal "thank-you," especially those who have referred us to family or friends and given us great reviews.  The pleasure was all ours. We had a great time reconnecting with many people we haven't seen in years. Frankly, the energy boost from the many compliments has really gotten us even more motivated than ever. It has been a very tough few years for most of us and I truly feel like the economy has finally turned. I heard so many good stories and of course told a few of my own.

Thank you again for letting us continue to create more chapters in our great story about building in Silicon Valley.
