As a general contractor, we can handle every facet of a project, including scheduling, establishing a budget, negotiating with subcontractors and working with government agencies. We also are happy to work with an owner/builder, or as a subcontractor on some projects, doing demolition, foundations, framing, electrical, and/or trim.
You can depend on G L Perry Construction to follow through on any commitment. We're experienced enough to know our capabilities and our limitations. And we have the stability and resources we need to fulfill the promises we make. Since the company was founded in 1980, we've enjoyed steady growth while maintaining the spirit and enthusiasm of a small company. We started out doing both residential and commercial remodeling. We also have considerable expertise, as well as on-going business, in custom home foundations, framing and trim. Through the years, we've developed excellent working relationships with numerous contractors, subcontractors, designers, architects and suppliers. In return, they treat us and our clients well.
