At G.L.Perry Construction we've done all forms of commercial work including industrial tenant improvements, retail stores, restaurants, and office remodels. We also do handicap, and structural upgrades. G.L. Perry Construction is a good choice for the job. We will do more than get the job done.

As a general contractor, we can handle every facet of a project, including scheduling, establishing a budget, negotiating with subcontractors and working with government agencies.
We do our carpentry, and electrical work in-house. We also subcontract carpentry, and electrical to owners, and other contractors
WE'VE DONE IT BEFORE
Our experience includes a full range of residential and commercial projects throughout the greater South Bay Area.
Commercial Projects
- Retail -- We have created stores in new shopping centers and changed interiors in established centers -- for clients ranging from portrait studios, to card shops, to pet supply stores. We've even provided facelifts for the entire center, as we did at Rolling Hills Shopping Center in Campbell.
- Restaurants -- Our restaurant experience has presented all kinds of challenges. In San Jose, we worked in a brand new space to create High 5 Pizza. In Santa Clara, we had just a week to remodel the dining room at JR Chops. And in Campbell we transformed an auto-parts store into Adam's Apple Bar & Grill.
- Offices -- We've worked on office space inside and out, from a major interior overhaul at W.W. Grainger in San Jose to the wood framing on the exterior of a new tilt-up building. For Carter Callahan Inc., we even turned a Georgian manor house into offices.
- Industrial -- We have worked on several manufacturing and warehouse interiors, including JH Technologies, Burke Industries, Laser Reference, and Exatron, all in the San Jose area.
- We even provided the carpentry for Twin Creeks softball complex.

Since the company was founded in 1980, we've enjoyed steady growth while maintaining the spirit and enthusiasm of a small company.
We started out doing both residential and commercial remodeling.
